Line-by-line review of printed Employee Handbooks with key management contacts.

Attendance & Shift Standards

Attendance standards, shift expectations, and reporting hierarchy.

Digital Call-Out Protocol

Mandatory 4–5 hour advance notification. $300 Walmart route cancellation penalty.

OSHA, Safety, Customer Service & Operations

OSHA & Physical Safety

Box lifting, back safety, cargo strapping/securing, and driver self-protection.

Customer & Situational Training

Handling irate customers, media crew approaches, and loose dog safety.

Walmart Operational Standards

Warehouse arrival, cargo pickup, vehicle loading, and stock management.

11:30 – 12:15 PM

ADP Payroll, Drug Screening & Badge Issuance

ADP Mobile Setup

Guided installation of ADP mobile app for daily time-tracking and clock-ins/outs.

Earned Wage Access

Walkthrough on requesting optional early/instant daily pay payouts through ADP.

Drug Testing & ID Badges

Mandatory on-site drug screening and distribution of printed driver ID badges.

12:15 – 1:00 PM

Uniform Distribution, Van Assignments & Wrap-Up

Certificates & Uniforms

Official completion certificates, company t-shirts and hats.

Fleet Operations Setup

Cargo van assignments, driver schedules, and real-time GPS tracking overview.

Communication & Q&A

Weekly Zoom meetings (Sunday evening/Monday morning). Final Q&A until 2:00 PM.
